Installation
How long does installation take from quote approval?
Because our crews are in-house, we control the schedule and standard installs move quickly. Your quote comes with a firm date. Larger custom, multi-zone and fit-out projects follow the overall construction schedule.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every project is installed by our own in-house crew, from first measurement to commissioning sign-off.
Do I need a permit for a walk-in cooler or freezer?
Requirements vary by municipality and project. Many installs involve electrical work that needs inspection, and fit-outs usually fall under the overall building permit. We'll flag what your project needs and work with your contractor.
Can you replace a walk-in while we stay open?
In most cases, yes. We sequence the swap around your operating week and plan temporary cold storage where inventory is at risk.
