01How much does a walk-in cooler or freezer cost in Ontario?
It depends on box size, cooler versus freezer, indoor or outdoor placement, self-contained or remote refrigeration, and the electrical and drainage work on site. We price after a free site assessment, so your quote reflects your actual space.
02How long does installation take from quote approval?
Because our crews are in-house, we control the schedule and standard installs move quickly. Your quote comes with a firm date. Larger custom and fit-out projects follow the overall construction schedule.
03How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day. A project advisor reviews your request and gets back to you with next steps and a ballpark, not a runaround.
04Do you use subcontractors?
No. Every project is installed by our own in-house crew, from first measurement to commissioning sign-off.
05What warranty comes with a new walk-in?
New equipment carries its full manufacturer's warranty, and we handle warranty service for you.
06Do you sell used walk-ins?
